Welcome Stingers

Greetings Sunrise Families,

I am Mrs. Zuberbier (everyone calls me Mrs. Z, don’t worry) and I am your school counselor. It is my unique pleasure to be able to work with the students of Sunrise for up to 6 years and I look forward to getting to know your family.

Background:

I have been working at Sunrise Elementary since the fall of 2014. I graduated with my Masters Degree from the University of Wisconsin Platteville in Counselor Education in 2010 before starting my school counseling journey at O.H. Schultz Elementary School in Mishicot, Wisconsin. My background is in Social Work and I have worked with a variety of different populations; including youth involved in the juvenile justice system, children in foster care placement, and children who are considered homeless.

Personal:

Away from school, I live in Neenah with my husband and two children. We love being outside; swimming, exploring, hiking, running, gardening, and pretty much all things nature.
