How to Stop Being Teased and Bullied Without Really Trying

Suicide Prevention

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: Provides free and confidential emotional support for people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress.
The Trevor Project: The leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer & questioning (LGBTQ) young people under 25.
Hopeline: is an emotional support text line in the State of Wisconsin and provides service throughout the entire state.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI): Dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.
You Matter: A safe place for youth to discuss and share stories about mental health and wellness
Active Minds: Focused on opening up the conversation about mental health and creating lasting change in the way mental health is talked about, cared for, and valued in the United States
Reach out: Offer practical support, tools and tips to help young people get through anything from everyday issues to tough times.
Your Life Your Voice: A free hotline for kids or adults to call if they are feeling depressed, contemplating suicide, being physically or sexually abused, on the run, addicted, threatened by gang violence, fighting with a friend or parent, or if faced with an overwhelming challenge.

Love is Respect: Aim to engage, educate and empower young people to prevent and end abusive relationships .

Bullying

Stop Bullying: Provides information from various government agencies on what bullying is, what cyberbullying is, who is at risk, and how you can prevent and respond to bullying.
Ditch the Label: Promote equality and empower people aged 12-25 to overcome bullying.
