Unpacking your kits

- Set Up
  - You will also receive a binder with all of the inventory sheets containing bin types and numbers and equipment names and quantities.
  - We recommend identifying an “art room” or space to unpack your art supplies.
  - If possible, try to remove all of the supplies from the boxes and organize in your space. This way, you will know what you have to work with and can use the supplies to make lots of fun, creative projects!
  - If you have an area to add shelving, please let the Operations team know during you team training so we can help get you as organized as possible

What's Inside?
- Inventory Sheet Binder will come with Dropoff and allow your team to help identify what bins have what inside so you can know what you are looking for prior to opening bins.
Set Up
- We recommend identifying an “art room” or space to unpack your art supplies.
- If possible, try to remove all of the supplies from the boxes and organize in your space. This way, you will know what you have to work with and can use the supplies to make lots of fun, creative projects!
- All Bins stack easily with lids on or off to help condense the space used to store the empty bins.

What's Inside?
- Full of generic art supplies that you can use all summer managed by the Art Specialist and Programming AD
- Scissors, glue, paper, pipe cleaners, paper, etc.
- You will be given a Google Sheet of inventory of your kits for easy access
Set Up
- We recommend identifying an “art room” or space to unpack your art supplies.
- If possible, try to remove all of the supplies from the boxes and organize in your space. This way, you will know what you have to work with and can use the supplies to make lots of fun, creative projects!

What's Inside?
- Full of basic supplies that you can distribute between your groups. This way, your counselors don’t need to raid the art room for basic supplies!
- These bins will also include downtime games and board games.
Set Up
- We recommend dividing this box up during your on-site training between the counselors.
- Let the counselors decide where they would like to keep their supplies; their backpacks, their classrooms, etc.

What's Inside?
- Full of office supplies for your admin AD/ Leadership team.
Set Up
- We recommend identifying a place where you can set up your camp “office”
- If you are able to identify this space, then we recommend unpacking this kit so that you have easy access to all of your supplies, as well as setting up your printer.

What's Inside?
- Full of fun water toys that you can use at camp or for Open Swim! (Check with your Aquatics Director and Camp Director on where it is best to use these things first!)
- Contains Water Balloons, Super Soakers, Sponges, Water Balls, and More!
Set Up
- Keep the water supplies in the water kit bucket so it's easy to carry to the park or pool
- Figure out if your school has a spout or a mop sink where you can easily fill up water to take on the go!

What's Inside?
- Full of First Aid Supplies for camp; Master first aid kit for Health Director, mini first aid kids, ice packs, etc.
Set Up
- We recommend finding a quiet place to set up a "nurse station" at your camp.
- Don't forget to pass out the mini first aid kits to the counselors during orientation to put in their backpacks!

What's Inside?
- Sports equipment may come in a variety of ways; ball bags, boxes (hula hoops), pop-up goals, bins, etc.
- Managed by your Program AD and Sports Specialists
Set Up?
- We recommend identifying a place in your camp where you will put all of your sports equipment.
- If possible, then we recommend laying out all of your equipment so that your specialist can easily see what you have and then they can easily pack their activities each day.

What's Inside?
- You will have a different “Theme Week Kit” for each week.
  - - Some are packed in bins and some are packed in Ikea bags
    - THERE IS NO OLYMPICS!
- These are full of supplies needed to complete the art/STEM projects for the week in the camp guides
- When you are finished with the week, any extra supplies can be added to your Base Kits
Set Up
- These boxes are designed to be opened the week of the theme week and shouldn’t be opened before you are ready to use them.
- For example, don’t dig into your Week 3 box when it’s Week 1.
- If you do go into a theme week box early and decide to use supplies in advance, you will be responsible for purchasing any items you use early

What's Inside?
- Fun sensory toys for your campers to play with and practice their fine motor skills
Set Up
- Every morning, Teddy and Gummy staff should choose 3 bins for their campers to play with
- You can have up to 3 kids using a bin when they arrive to camp
- Have them practice a skill like...
  - "Pick up all the coins and put them in the cup using the tweezers"
  - "Sort all the stars by color"
- Challenge your campers and change it up every day!
