Under "Completed By" please put the name of the person doing the inventory
Under "Bin Type" please write "Base Kit," "Class Kit," "Admin Kit" "Water Kit", "ELC Kit", "Sports Equipment", "First Aid" etc.
Add which bin number it is
Example: "Base Kit #2"
Put all of your inventory sheets in your Inventory binder!
Place inventory binder in Staff File Bin with all of your binders!
Click the link for your camp to access your labels
Make sure to write what type of kit it is
Make sure to write the number of kit is is (This should match your inventory sheets)
Pack any materials that are in "brand new" and "good" condition
If something is questionable, put in the "miscellaneous bin"
If something is half full, or a random assortment (think random crayons) DO NOT KEEP THEM- We will get new things next year!
Write down every item you are putting into the bin on the inventory sheets
Put the inventory sheet back into the Inventory Sheet Binder to return to the Operations team.
Please make sure your inventory sheet heading matches the label on the outside of the bin.
Make sure the lid can close
Place the box in an accessible area that the Ops team can come and pick it up from with a van

If cones and items that easily fit in bins, that are in good condition please feel free to use bins instead of ball bags.
Ball Bags should be used just for Balls and larger sports items that cannot fit in a bin.
No more than 1-2 bins
Not top quality but not ready to be thrown away
A member of the Ops team will do the final call on whether or not things in this bin should be kept or not
Please still label what kit type each item would be a part of on the inventory sheet.
