A Houston native born and raised, Terran attended TCU in Fort Worth, TX via football scholarship where he would receive his Bachelors in Speech Communications. Terran is a motivated self starter with a knack for seeing a person's many strengths, not to mention their weaknesses & connecting those people. Owning businesses in multiple industries, Terran recognized that creating innovatively unique opportunities for others should be paramount in how an organization builds and sustains a family like culture. He realized early on that creating jobs and meaningful opportunities for others would be his ultimate purpose in life. His passion for knowledge & innovation has allowed him to push the proverbial envelope and achieve his goals through the marrying of Real Estate and Blockchain Technology. Real Estate has been in his blood since he was a kid. From his understanding that Real Estate has many different facets, Terran quickly acknowledged that the development side of Real Estate is truly his ultimate passion. 2016 began his journey into the unknown world of RE Development. Instantly he saw the pitfalls of being a newly created cash poor development company that has taken on multiple distressed property projects. If you do not have any collateral and or nothing to show for, you cannot get any funding no matter how great a business plan or concept may be. As the insurmountable list of early onset negatives began to mount up, he understood something needed to be done. In 2017 Terran began his deep dive into Blockchain and Cryptocurrency. Ironically this thirst for knowledge of the blockchain and cryptocurrency space came from a tip from a family member in casual conversation. That one moment changed his life forever. Immediately, Terran noticed the instant impact these new coins/technologies possess presently and will possess in the future; not to mention the fundraising innovation that had him at, “Hello”! Understanding that Blockchain combined with smart contract technology is actual present not the near future, Terran hurried and set out on his mission to develop a company that is able to truly reward its ecosystem's users and innovatively create new protocols within multiple industries. Real Estate began this journey but the Blockchain & Decentralized Finance (DeFi) brought it all together.

We aren’t reinventing any wheels here, but we did figure out how to take the best of what’s already being done in this space and build a platform that will be a literal one stop shop for all of your Real Estate, Investment & financial needs not mention many of our platforms will be free and 100% Decentralized. It was time to create an all in one blockchain based ecosystem that will change how we earn, spend, and invest moving forward! We must rethink the way we work, the way we earn “real money”, the way we invest our money. We are here to help eliminate the restrictions for the average American (non accredited) to invest in Real Property and other Assets, the way we purchase homes, & ultimately how we transact our day to day business in this digital world!

The work on the above project finally begins. Fundraising as a one person team is a lot tougher that it seemed to say the least. It took roughly 2 years and 9 months to raise my SEED round goal. I have always heard the SEED round was the hardest round to fund. This proved so true when I solidified our second round Series A funding 1 year into this project not knowing at the time it would be another 1.75 years until I would raise the SEED funds needed to finalize Series A! Wow, what a ride indeed.

Through this rollercoaster of a journey I ultimately realized that educating those in my community, the misinformed and anybody willing to listen about this silent revolution was my Call of duty, if you will.
