A portion of all invested funds will be locked in reserve until the target of $360K is reached. $350K will be wired to investment bank in Geneva to begin the small cap trade strategy program. The remainder of the funds are used for company development like branding, marketing, legal, compliance and tech.

We have partnered with a Family Office that has billions of dollars of assets under management. This particular Family Office has a proprietary hedging method - "Small Cap Trade Strategy Program" which affords us the opportunity to enter into a joint venture contract with the Family Office and split proceeds generated from the aforementioned hedging program.

The standard investment period for a startup is 24 months, we adhered to that standard. With that being said, that's the term, we expect the first payout to all investors to take place between 6 & 8 months after initial investment.
