I will be following the 3rd grade schedule and pushing into the regular classroom to provide special education services unless specified on your child's IEP . (These are approximate times)
8:30-8:55 'CHECK-IN' (behavior/self-management meeting with specific students, and assistance with morning work.
8:55-10:45 READING and LANGUAGE ARTS Collaborative (push in the general education classroom, co-teaching whole group and some small groups for specific students.)
10:50-11:45 LUNCH and RECESS coverage for specific students.
11:50- 12:50 MATH Collaborative (push in the general education classroom, co-teaching whole group and some small groups for specific students. )
12:50-1:30 RESOURCE, I/E (intervention or enrichment), and LIFE SKILLS as specified with specific students, self contained individual to specific students per IEP.
1:35-2:05 WRITING Collaborative (push in the general education classroom, co-teaching whole group and some small groups for specific students. )
2:10-2:50 SPECIALS (Rotating Schedule-providing coverage for specific students)- Planning with the team.
2:55-3:20 SOCIAL STUDIES or SCIENCE Collaborative (push in the general education classroom, assistance and small group for specific students.
3:20-3:30 'CHECK-OUT' (meet for behavior checks with specific students.
