For the upcoming 2018-2019 school year, I have BIG plans for our chorus. We are the largest chorus in the county and I want to make sure we continue growing! In order for this to work on such a large scale, I need your help.
I need AT LEAST TWO parent volunteers to man the sign out table for EVERY rehearsal. Since we regularly have over 100 students in chorus, the sign out process can be overwhelming and the fewer volunteers we have, the longer the sign out process will be. If you are able to volunteer, please sign up using the system below and be on time. Don't forget that bus traffic will cause some delays after school. If you sign up but are no longer able to help, please email me so I can find another volunteer. If I do not have at least two volunteers for the table, rehearsal will be canceled for that day.
Sign out table volunteers will meet in the gym to pick up the binders and pens. Then you will set up at a table in the cafeteria. ALL PARENTS NEED TO SIGN THEIR CHILD OUT. Remember, NO ID = NO PICK UP.
Time slots are from 4:40 to 5:10. I will end practice by 4:45 and the last student should be picked up no later than 5:10
PLEASE KNOW THAT IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SIGN UP FOR MULTIPLE DAYS, YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR EACH DAY SEPARATELY.
