As President of the Virginia Association of Assessing Officers (VAAO), Kevin has proactively strengthened communications within the association through use of our monthly newsletter "The Network" with features like his YouTube "Message from the VAAO President", his focus on the VAAO "Committee of the Month", and the establishment of "Commissioner's Corner", where elected assessors get to talk about their VAAO collaborations.
