Life can be extremely hard, and it's not a sign of weakness to ask for help. It's a sign of strength. Seeking therapy is a brave step, there's no reason to feel ashamed about requesting the help of another human being. It's crucial to break the stigma surrounding mental health and reach out for support when needed, because your well-being matters. Counselling is simply a resource available to support your well-being.

No one is immune to pain or hurt. However, human warmth, compassion and genuine understanding are often the best remedies to empower the deepest healing, learning and growth. That's what counselling provides.
