Self development adalah proses dimana peserta didik mengeksplorasi diri melalui kegiatan sekolah dan juga melalui beberapa tes kepribadian. Tes kepribadian yang dilaksanakan meliputi VAK, MBTI, DISC, IQ dan juga TMA. Tes tersebut tersebar di berbagai jenjang.

Career education is an activity where students get information about careers (5W+1H about careers). This activity is carried out by inviting alumni who are already working, parents, guardians of students, and also work visits directly to the workplace

Career management is an activity where students get information about the training and/or education needed to achieve that career level. Edufair, alumni sharing, and work visits are effective ways to explore career management.
