A: "Coaching my family to be better adults. It's not so much about football, it's more about when I'm coaching. I’m trying to create these young men into adults."

A: "Never and don’t quit , don’t quit on something that you started.

A: " To set the tone for future RHS football players , getting structure and mentoring them ."

A: "24 years coaching, 3rd year coaching at RHS"

A: "Coaching is teaching necessary skills to be successful in life, such as working hard, dedication, commitment, loyalty, as well as helping kids make great decisions. Our jobs are to take young people to a places they can't take themselves. "

A: "It gives me a way to release all my knowledge to young adults."

A: "Coaching is trying to get the best out of each athlete you have , trying to prepare them for anything they may come up against."

A: "Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you respond to it."

A: " For kids to go out and do better every week , regardless of the wins and the losses I rather see them grow as individuals as far as students , but a league title wouldn’t hurt - ."
