Q: How long have you been working here?
A: "This is my third year working at Ridgeview. "
Q: What are your favorite parts about Ridgeview High school?
A: "We really have a cohesive group here, the students, teachers, and the classified staff. I really like the way everyone works together here, I'm thrilled that I get to be the principal of such a great school."
Q: How are you working towards improving Ridgeview?
A: "We meet with the teachers every week to try and improve instruction for the following week to make sure classrooms are working well. Of course we have a great activities office and athletics program that keep kids motivated and involved which is good for the overall atmosphere of the campus as well. "

Q: How long have you been working here?
"I've been working here for 7-8 years. I was an English teacher first and I've been working this job for about 2 years. "
Q: What are your favorite parts about Ridgeview High school?
"Being apart of the wolfpack. I really like that we have great school spirit but also a lot of us adults have our kids here as well, or we adopt you guys as some of our kids. I just like how we enfold everybody. We make sure that everybody is together. "
Q:How are you working towards improving Ridgeview?
"I'm being a good listener, I think that it's important to listen to what everybody needs and then try to process that and see how I can help everybody. Just to make sure I listen and then process so I can do my best to serve them. I think this is a job of service and I think its really important for us to remember."

Q: How long have you been working here?
"I first started working here as a teacher in 2004 and when I first became an administer, I left for 2 years and came back in 2013 so I've worked here for 17 years."
Q: What are your favorite parts about Ridgeview High school?
"My favorite part about Ridgeview Highschool is the culture. I love the culture here and I love that the students and staff are really involved. We have great sports, great activities and great athletics.
Q:How are you working towards improving Ridgeview?
" I think that's always improving the communication in between the other administrators and staff. Listening and reflecting to the feedback so we are able to improve all together to make the school a better place. "

How long have you been working here?
"This is my second year here at Ridgeview, however my 22nd year in education."
What are your favorite parts about Ridgeview High school?
"I love the school spirit and the students of course. Everyone is so polite and nice. Ridgeview has great sprit and a great vibe overall."
How are you working towards improving Ridgeview?
"One of my big goals as the dean is to stop things before they happen. As well as building relationships with kids to know about things before they escalate and disciplinary action has to get involved."
