Our classroom transforms into a working restaurant three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM), where students perform essential restaurant tasks. Emphasis is placed on mastering safe food preparation techniques in our industrial kitchen environment.
