CSAAD exists in order to support, develop, and advocate for athletic administrators in their efforts to provide high-quality sports programs.
The purpose of CSADD is to support, educate, and advocate for athletic administrators, ensuring the effective management of school sports programs. Specifically, we aim to:
Provide Professional Development – Offer training, certifications, and workshops to help athletic directors improve leadership, program management, and compliance knowledge.
Promote Best Practices – Establish guidelines and resources for running successful and safe athletic programs.
Advocate for Athletic Programs – Represent athletic directors in discussions with state organizations, school boards, and policymakers to influence regulations and funding.
Enhance Student-Athlete Experience – Encourage excellence in sports, academics, and personal growth through well-organized programs.
Facilitate Networking & Collaboration – Create opportunities for athletic directors to connect, share ideas, and solve challenges together.
Ensure Compliance & Ethics – Provide guidance on legal and ethical responsibilities in high school athletics.
Promote Equity & Inclusion – Support diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities in school sports.
