Too often our mind takes flight and we lose touch with our body and we are stuck in our heads with obsessive thoughts about something that just happened, the past or the future. And that makes us anxious. When we're mindful, we reduce stress, anxiety, enhance performance, gain insight and awareness, and increase our attention to others.
