Hey y'all!!! Hey!!!   

This will be my 28th year in Texas Public Education, but only my third year at Kerens ISD!  I love it here in Bobcat country!   I have a passion for education, however, MATH is my jam!   

I am a mom to my 20 year old son, Caleb.  He is a Certified Train Conductor for Fort Worth and Western Railroad.  I have 5 bonus kids and the most precious grandson with my husband, Chris Moody.  My husband's son and my stepson is Colton, and his fiance,  Kayla, and Baby Beau.  My husband's daughter, Ashley and her husband Ben.  Then we have our "like-a-son," Josh.  

I'm also a dog mom to Gizmo, Bella, River, and Buster.

My husband and I found each other later in life, which is what brought me to Kerens.  He is a retired fishing guide here on Richland Chambers Reservoir! 

When I am not teaching, you can find me on the RCR fishing for crappie or catfish,  or on the Trinity River rock hounding or fishing for alligator gar!   Of course, my other favorite thing to do is babysit my grandson, Beau!  

I do love jigsaw puzzles , crocheting, quilting and baking sourdough bread when time permits.
