This trait covers the aspects of problem-solving in society and taking initiative from peers, plus evaluating personal behavior, provision of feedback, and actions that can impact the society positively. Despite the fact that it is always not an easy task to lead, one should at least bear a kind of experience to this for it increases the quality of personal decision making. I was able to experience this through a benchmark assessment that I carried out in a team, which involved teamwork and I got a chance to be voted as the team leader. In my responsibilities included allocation of tasks based on each member’s areas of strength. I was able to do this through conducting a self-awareness session where we all demonstrated our strengths and weakness, and fortunately every member respected my attempt and, in the end, we were able to submit a professional and quality deliverable that won us the first take into the College for America projects. Basing on this, below is the deliverable that we submitted as a team that includes everyone’s role based on their areas of strength in a team that I led.
This is a video from a College for America project called "Lead a Team" in this video I am the team leader instructing the team on how to carry on the tasks assigned to us on this project. It finally improved my leadership skills.
