This is a trait that one is declared to have demonstrated when he or she consistently exercises complex thinking skills to solve problems with creativity and innovation. Personally, I was able to get a chance to try out this through different personal and course work researches. During the Methods of Thinking for Business course, in my foundational year, I demonstrated this trait during an assessment that instructed us to find a solution after analyzing the economic problems faced in Zimbabwe. Basing on my analysis I became able to identify an effective solution to this problem. In the choice of the solution, I used critical thinking skills to come up with a creative and innovative solution to the problem faced in this country. Attached is a sample work that analyzes Zimbabwe’s problem and the solution suggested after problem analysis that could effectively work. In addition, I was able to ask different questions to challenge an interviewer during a project called “Professional Portfolio,” in College for America. This enhanced my critical thinking abilities which could help me solve future problems in our society.
