Interested in trying out for Summit View Academy Cheerleading?
Please ensure that all Final Forms documents are completed prior to the tryouts- this includes an up to date sports physical (paperwork found on the SVA Athletics website). If you have any questions, feel free to contact Coach Heeger. For Final Forms questions, please contact the athletic director, Mrs. Jones.
All paperwork must be uploaded to FinalForms and approved in order to attend clinics/open gyms/tryouts. This includes uploading the KHSAA Sports Physical and a copy of the insurance card.
The Athletic Fee for Cheer is $140. This is paid once you make the team.
In order to try-out, participants must have the SVA Athletic Registration using FinalForms with a completed KHSAA ATHLETIC PHYSICAL and PROOF OF INSURANCE both uploaded to FinalForms. Any participant making a team is required to pay the athletic fee for each sport. Maximum of $150 per family per year. EACH sport will have additional costs to the athlete, and each athlete will be expected to participate in the team fundraiser.
MUST HAVE COMPLETE ATHLETIC PACKAGE AND PROOF OF INSURANCE TO PARTICIPATE IN SVA ATHLETICS! 6TH GRADE ENROLLMENT PHYSICAL IS NOT GOOD FOR ATHLETICS!!!
