Here's a fun game to play with your siblings, parents, or friends outside when staying 6 feet apart from one another.

One person is the caller: they say "up" or "down" or "stop" or "go" in any order

Everyone else is playing. When the caller says:

Go: jog in place

Stop: freeze in place

Up: jump up, hands up

Dow: crouch down in a squat

Keep playing until everyone is tired! Change callers.
