Below is a list of high-priority donation items.
Bottled water (cases of 16–40 oz bottles – no tiny bottles please)
Sports drinks (like Gatorade/Powerade – low sugar preferred)
Electrolyte drink packets
Juice boxes (100% juice)
We are a nut-free program. Please check labels and avoid any snacks containing peanuts or tree nuts.
Nut-free granola or fruit bars (e.g., Nutri-Grain)
String cheese or cheese sticks
Yogurt tubes (Go-Gurt style)
Fresh fruit (washed & ready to serve): grapes, apple slices, orange wedges
Cut veggies: carrot sticks, celery, cucumber slices
Whole-grain crackers (with or without cheese)
Rice Krispies treats or baked goods
Bagels (plain or whole grain) + cream cheese cups
Pretzels or goldfish crackers
Breadsticks or granola clusters (nut-free)
Watermelon wedges (refreshing for hot days)
Disposable cups, napkins, or paper towels
Instant Ice packs
Please bring donations during:
Band Camp check-in
Game-day call times
Any rehearsal with a designated snack break

Event Set-up/Clean-up (concerts, banquets, fundraising events)
Band Room Help (organize shelves, tidy storage, distribute paperwork)
Poster/Sign Makers (decorate for spirit days, senior night, send-offs)
Pit Crew (help move pit ensemble instruments on/off field)
Props Team (transport, set up, or assemble field props)
Uniform Fitting Assistant (help students try on uniforms, learn sizing process)
Truck Loaders (help load instruments, uniforms, props)
Band Photographer/Videographer (requires clear guidance on school policy)
Fundraiser Help (setup or coordinate donations, track items)
Merchandise Sales (sell spirit wear or band gear at events)
Ticket Sales (may need training on how funds are collected and recorded)
Band Trailer Driver (must have trailer towing experience)
First Aid/Medical Volunteer (nurse, EMT, or CPR-certified person preferred)
Lead Uniform Manager (track inventory, organize fittings and repairs)
Fundraising Coordinator (plan, execute, and report on major fundraising efforts)
Prop Builder/Designer (experience in construction, painting, or engineering)
Volunteer Coordinator (oversees sign-ups, contacts, communication)
Society Treasurer or Financial Secretary (experience with nonprofit accounting)
Sponsorship Outreach Leader (experience in community relations or fundraising)
