Fred G. Soutter, Jr.

Noble Fred G. Soutter, Jr. is retired after a 37-year career in law enforcement.

He is a Past Master and Life Member of Fairfax Lodge #43 A.F. & A.M., Fairfax Royal Arch Chapter #13 and member of James Monroe Chapter No. 549 National Sojourners and Heroes of '76. He is a Knights Templar at large and a member of Hay Market Chapter No. 123 Order of the Eastern Star. At Kena Shriners he is active in Stable 46 of the Camel Herders, a member of the Patriot Shrine Club and a Kena Shepherd.

Noble Soutter lives in Culpeper, Virginia with his wife, Lady Beverly, and has two children, and two grandchildren.

Anthony "Tony" J. LaCava

Noble Tony “TJ” LaCava was born in Toledo, Ohio. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1984 and served as an Amphibious Assault Crewman with tours in California, North Carolina, Japan and at embassies in India and Morocco. After Desert Storm he relocated to Northern Virginia where he is a civilian employee with the executive branch of the federal government.

He is a Past Master and Life Member of Mt. Carmel Lodge No.133 in Warrenton, Virginia., a member of Hay Market Lodge No. 313 and active in several other Masonic organizations. He holds the York Rite Cross of Honor and the Ish Sodi award. At Kena Shriners he is a Past President and an active member of the Kena Klowns and also a Past President of the Mid-Atlantic Shrine Clown Association. He belongs to the Kena Legion of Honor and the Kena Shepherds.

Noble LaCava and his wife, Lady Yvonne, have two sons and reside in Bristow, Virginia.

James C. Love, V

Noble James "Jim" C. Love, V is a long-time resident of Northern Virginia and is a senior recruiter for YRCI in Fairfax, VA.

He was raised a Master Mason at Acacia Lodge No.16 in Clifton, VA and served as Master in 2016. He is active in the Kena Muleskinners and has served as President several times. He is also a cast member in the Ritualistic Divan and a member of the International Shrine Hillbillies in Pikeville, Kentucky. Prior to joining the Divan, Noble Love served as Marshall for Kena Shriners from 2017 through 2019.

Noble Love has four kids and he and Lady Mary Nell Chalk reside in Centreville, Virginia.

David C. McAndrews

Noble David C. McAndrews was born in Iowa and moved to Northern Virginia in 1985. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The College of William and Mary and is a senior software developer at Ellucian in Reston, Virginia.

​Noble McAndrews was raised a Master Mason in Mannaseh Lodge No.182 in Manassas, Virginia and is a Past Master (2003). He serves as the 4th Masonic District Blood Drive Coordinator and is a 32° Scottish Rite Mason in the Alexandria Valley. He is an active member of Royal Arch Masons having served as High Priest of Fauquier Royal Arch Chapter #25 in 2007 and District Deputy Grand High Priest for the 17th Capitular District in 2012. At Kena Shriners he served as the Director of the Kena Klowns in 2001 and 2004. He also served as the Director of the Ritualistic Divan for 7 years.

​​Noble McAndrews and his wife, Lady Laura, reside in Centreville, Virginia. They have one daughter.

Oriental Guide

John D. McDowall

Noble John McDowall was initiated an Entered Apprentice in 1992 in upstate New

York. He completed his degrees in 1995 in North Carolina after many deployments as a United States Marine Corps Officer. He joined Kena Shriners in 2010.

Noble McDowall is a Past Master of Mt. Carmel Lodge No. 133 in Warrenton, VA and has held every office except Marshal, Tiler, Chaplain, and Treasurer. In 2021 he served as the 2nd Ceremonial Master for Kena Shriners. He is a member of the Kena Highlanders and serves as their Pipe Major. In addition to being a Mason and a Shriner, he is a member of Hay Market Chapter No. 123 Order of the Eastern Star.

Noble McDowall has a PhD in Information Technology from George Mason University, an MS in in Computer Information Systems from Boston University, and a BS in General Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. He works at Digital Mobilizations, Inc. as a Senior Enterprise Engineer and Program Manager.

Noble McDowall and his wife, Lady Michele, live in Warrenton, VA. They have two grown daughters Lindsay (Robin) and Brooke (Dave) and one grandchild.

Eduard "EZ" Z. Reiter

Noble Eduard "EZ" Reiter was born and raised in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvannia, the “Weather Capital of The World”. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and works for Chantilly Crushed Stone in Chantilly, Virginia.

Noble Reiter was raised in John W. Jenks Lodge No. 534 in Punxsutawney and served as Master in 2003. He moved to the area in August of 2004. He is a member of Hay Market Lodge No. 313 where he serves as Treasurer. He has been the Treasurer for Kena Shriners since 2009.

He resides in Haymarket, Virginia.

Jeffrey D. St. Onge

Noble Jeffrey “Jeff” D. St.Onge was born in Detroit, Michigan. He enlisted in the United States Air Force in October 1982. During his 20-year career he served as a aircrew member aboard the “Dooms Day” aircraft Looking Glass, a nuclear weapons inspector, a tour with the famous Wolf Pack in South Korea, and was assigned to the Red Baron’s home unit in Germany. He retired with over 20 years of service.

Jeff was raised in Manasseh Lodge #182 in 2004. He served as Master of Fredericksburg Lodge No. 4, Fredericksburg, Virginia in 2009. He is a Past District Deputy Grand Master for the 8th Masonic District (2015.) He led the Grand Lodge Committee on Lodge Services and currently serves on the Grand Lodge Committee on Education as the Correspondence Course manager where he authored course 5. He is a life member of Kena Shriners and served as the Kena 500 president (2012) and secretary for 14 years. He has also served as the 1st Ceremonial Master and has been an Aide for three Potentates. Currently he is a Temple Trustee (2024).

Other Masonic affiliations include Scottish Rite (KCCH); Charter Commander, Knights of Saint Andrew; Royal Arch; National Sojourners (Past Commander); Royal Order of Scotland; and Royal Order of Jesters.
