GEARS

Research shows that girls often stop “seeing” themselves in the fields of math and science by the time they reach high school. To combat this we want to open pathways for girls to pursue careers in engineering and technology and create gender equity in the field. We want to support them throughout their educational development and to inspire students to pursue careers in engineering and technology.
