New to Green Cord

STEP 1

If this is your first year participating in Green Cord you will need to set up an account on X2Vol. Go to the HELP PAGE for step by step directions on how to set up your X2Vol account.

STEP 2

Please go to the KISD WEB STORE to pay your ONE TIME $20 Green Cord fee. This fee helps us pay the annual subscription to X2Vol and pay for graduation cords that are awarded in May of your Senior year. If you have not paid the one time fee you will not be recognized at Academic Awards or awarded cords. Once you enter the Web Store go to Items at Keller High School, then click on Green Cord. 

STEP 3

Complete the 2024-2025 Green Cord Orientation (this will be posted the week of May 1st) and review the Green Cord Handbook below. Please note you must complete the Green Cord Orientation and review the Green Cord Handbook every year to review any changes and updates. Hours will not be approved until documentation of orientation is completed.

STEP 4

If you did not join GroupMe while completing the orientation make sure that you scroll to the bottom of this page and join GroupMe. This is the primary form of communication you will receive from Green Cord. Any announcement, updates, reminders, and volunteer opportunities will be posted there.

STEP 5

Begin serving and entering hours. Go to the HELP PAGE for step by step directions on how to add/enter hours served into your X2Vol account. Remember to check your X2Vol account regularly to ensure that hours entered have been verified by the Organization Contact. If hours have not been verified refer to the HELP PAGE on steps to remedy the issue.
