There are 8 class periods in the school day. The image to the right can help you visualize how courses make up the student's school day.
Students may choose their level for core classes. Differentiated levels are explained below in the course information and the Middle School Academic Planning Guide.
To take Algebra 1 Honors, students must have taken and passed Accelerated Math 7.
All students have an Advisory period in their schedule.
Students may also choose a combination of electives to fill three periods.
If a student did NOT take a PE course in 7th grade, they must do so in 8th grade.
