Lauren Garcia holds her Bachelor of Music Education from the University of North Texas and is in her tenth year of teaching. This is her sixth year at Indian Springs Middle School. Prior to her time in Keller ISD, she taught for four years in Azle ISD where she also directed the Azle ISD 5/6th Grade Honor Choir and directed the choirs of Santo J. Forte Junior High School.
Lauren is a member of TMEA, TCDA, and TMAA and recently served as the TMEA Region 30 Middle School Vocal Division Coordinator. She served as the treasurer for three years, as well.
Her choirs consistently earn sweepstakes at UIL Concert and Sight Reading Evaluations and her Honor Treble Choir earned the Mark of Excellence - the Foundation for Music Education Commended Award in 2023 and the National Winner Award in 2025. She co-directed the 5/6th grade Keller Honor Choir at the 2025 TMEA Convention.
Lauren resides in North Richland Hills with her husband, two kids, two corgis, and their cat. She enjoys crocheting and coaching her kids' soccer team in her free time.

Sarah Holland has taught Music and Choir in public education for 20 years and is in her third year teaching General Music and Middle School Choir at Indian Springs Middle School in Keller ISD. Her choirs consistently earn Superior ratings at festivals, and her show choir, Gold, has won multiple Grand Champion titles and awards, including Best Vocals and Best Choreography at the Lone Star Show Choir Contest in 2024. She also serves as Lead Intermediate School Choir Director for KISD.
Previously, Sarah taught at Shady Grove Elementary, directing a 120-member after-school choir and earning Superior ratings at major festivals. She has also served as managing director for the Keller ISD 5th & 6th Grade Honor Choir, which has performed at TMEA in 2021 and 2025 and won Grand Champion honors at the Dallas American Classic Choral Festival. A former Vice President of Elementary Music for the Texas Choral Directors Association, Sarah has helped shape music education statewide.
Outside the classroom, Sarah is the longtime Minister of Music at St. Timothy Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She and her husband share a blended family of three children and one lively cat named Pumbaa.
