Indian Springs Middle School boasts a thriving Choir Program with just over 200 students in grades 6–8, offering five concert choirs and two competitive show choirs. Our ensembles provide students with opportunities to develop their musical skills, perform at high levels, and grow as part of a supportive and dedicated community. Our choirs consistently earn Sweepstakes ratings at UIL and other competitions throughout the DFW area, reflecting the high standards and excellence of our program.

Notably, in 2023, the Honor Treble Choir, composed of approximately 45 treble singers from grades 7–8, received the Mark of Excellence – Commended Award from the Foundation for Music Education. In 2025, our program was further recognized with the prestigious National Mark of Excellence Award, an honor that highlights the choir’s continued dedication to musical achievement and student growth.

Through these achievements and the daily work of our students and staff, the Indian Springs Middle School Choir Program continues to cultivate talent, inspire passion for music, and provide a meaningful and enriching experience for every participant.
