First Grade

In First Grade, we STICK together!

Welcome to your Distance Learning Opportunities!

The First Grade team has developed ideas and activities for you to provide your children an opportunity to learn and grow while we are away from school. We have worked to organize the information by subject. All of these activities are only suggestions and are not required. Activities for the week will be uploaded by 7 p.m. on Sundays. Your child will need to log into KCloud to access some of the resources. The username is their student ID number (their lunch number) and the password is "keller."

**If you are on another Gmail account, you will need to sign out of it and log in with your child’s KISD account.

Student emails are composed of their first initial, middle initial, last name and digits either 01, 02, 03, etc. @kellerisd.com. For example: John C. Doe’s email would be jcdoe01@kellerisd.com. When in doubt, email your child's teacher for clarification.

DreamBox is a digital math program for grades K-8 that combines a fun and engaging math learning environment with a rigorous, standards-based curriculum. DreamBox lessons are interactive experiences that promote active learning and independent critical thinking and respond to each student’s strategies and decisions in the moment. This enables DreamBox to individually tailor the instructional experience for each student based on the strategies they use when working through lessons. Because DreamBox dynamically adapts lessons and learning paths based on the needs of each learner, students always have just the right level of support when and where they need it.
