Aeries is our district student information system including student information, gradebooks, attendance, reports, and much more. 

Staff will access Aeries through KCloud. Teachers will user the Aeries Teacher Tile, and Admin will use the Aeries Admin Tile.  Teachers gain access to Aeries through their Campus. The campus will add the teacher to Aeries and assign them classes and students. That guides what teachers see in Aeries. Admin access will be granted through supervisors putting in a tech ticket requesting access. Aeries also rosters many of our applications we use in Keller. 

Please visit our Service Portal in KCloud to put in a tech ticket.

1.  Make sure to choose Aeries SIS as the CATEGORY  and Teacher Gradebook as the Sub Category. 

2. Put as much information as possible including: Period, Class/Course Name, Student ID or Student first and last name, and a complete description of the issue.
