Library Hours

The Freedom Library is open from 7:25 am - 3:25 pm every school day.

Student Checkouts

• Students who are in grades K & 1 will check out 1 book every other week.

• Students who are in grades 2-4 will check out 1-3 books every other week.

• Books that are currently checked out may be requested by using the HOLD system in Destiny Discover.

• Fines will not be assessed for late items.  However, students must return overdue items before new items may be checked out. Additionally, books that are not returned within 30 days will default to lost.  

• Students who lose or damage books beyond repair will be charged the replacement cost of the book. Parents may give permission for their children to check out more books while lost books are being sought by contacting Mrs. Bozone. Students who habitually lose books and do not pay for them will be limited to using books only in the library.

Class Lessons

• K - 4th Grade classes will come to the library every other week for a lesson and book check-out.
