If the zoom app is messing up, you can access zoom through their website.
Go to: join.zoom.us
The Meeting ID and password will be provided in the invitation email.
If the email cannot be located, reach out to your student's teacher for their meeting information.

If they have an old Chromebook (a silver one) it is so old it can not be updated anymore. Zoom will prompt them for an update. It will still work just fine without one. Have them go to the Chrome web store and get the Zoom extension. Then just have them ignore the update prompts.
If you have an iPad issued to you from Bluebonnet that is asking for a passcode to unlock, it will be one of the following passcodes.
