The exchange of scenario development in groups
The implementation of the scenario into a concrete performance
The preparation of the rehearsals
The youth workers discussed and exchanged experiences on developing and creating the scripts. They communicated their groups' ideas and found commonalities and differences around interpretations of the themes of "perfect life" and "performance pressure". Most interestingly, each group focused on different parts of the themes, but which combined to create an overall picture of the reality experienced by young people today.
This is a particularly important process as the script is transformed into a specific performance and takes shape beyond the written text of the script. Youth workers discussed the topic based on the following questions:
How do you choose a certain form of theatre?
What is important in interpreting the story: which characters are involved and what interrelationships?
How do you divide the roles?
What is important in interpreting the story: what emotions should be expressed?
What does the story require regarding spoken words, dialogue and diction?
What kind of non-verbal behaviour and body techniques does the story require?
During the seminar, the coordinators of the local teams had the opportunity to discuss the content of the performances they are currently preparing and to discuss the challenges involved in organising the rehearsals and the points to which they are asked to pay attention.
What are the possibilities and limitations within your group?
What is your plan for the rehearsals?
Where and when do the rehearsals take place?
What kind of arrangements do I need to make with the group?
What kind of technical support (light, sound, music, décor) do you need and how do you arrange it?
When and where do we schedule the dress rehearsal?
How do we arrange the video recordings?

Planning and organising the performance
A performance usually accomplishes its purpose through the presentation of the result of the team's work to the general public. Two key factors need to be taken into account for the presentation of the performance: the place and the people who are going to attend it.The two teams discussed during the seminar about the importance of space, location and audience factors.
Through the training seminar, the responsible team facilitators organised and documented a dissemination plan with specific actions mainly in social media in the form of a campaign. The points of interest of the campaign that were identified as the most important for achieving results are presented below:

During the seminar, the youth workers had the chance to get in touch with the ARTWALK STREET ART FESTIVAL held in Patras, Greece every year. They attended a walking art activity entitled "Seeing beyond the surface: A reflective journey through street art", where they reflected on the topics and aspects of perfect life and performance pressure through the interpretations of street art murals throughout the city.
