参加登録・演題登録 Registration and abstract submission

• 参加登録の際に演題もアップロードしてください。テンプレートをこちらからダウンロードし、記入した上で、Word（.docx）形式として保存し、参加登録時にアップロードしてください。
  • 演題募集の詳細につきましては、演題募集 をご確認ください。
• Please register from this form before July 31st, 2019. Registration may close earlier due to the capacity of the venue.
• Please download an abstract template file, fill it out, and save as a Word (.docx) format. Then, please upload the file from the [Registration form] upon registration (abstract can be in English or Japanese).
  • Refer to "Call for abstract" for the precise information.

参加費の振込 Payment

• 参加登録後、8月26日（月）までに参加費を振り込んでください。参加費は下の表にあるように参加者の所属学会（学生会員を含む）によって異なります。
• After registration online, please pay the participation fee via wire transfer by August 26th, 2019. The participation fee is as follows.

2019年8月26日までに下記の口座に参加費の振込みをお願い致します。振込手数料はご負担願います。振込名義はフルネームでお願いします（例：イワサキユカ）。

Please pay the participation fee by Aug. 26th, 2019 (please cover bank transfer fee). Bank account name should be full name of the participant (e.g., Yuka Iwasaki).

旅費補助 Travel aids

自身の研究費を持っておらず旅費援助を希望する学生・若手研究者は、参加登録フォームにおいて「旅費補助を希望する」を選択し、旅費の往復の合計金額を記入してください。なお，人数に限りがあり、ご希望に添えない場合もありますので、予めご了承ください。

旅費補助に採択された方には会の終了後、感想文をお願いします。なお、感想文はRNAフロンティアミーティングのウェブサイトやRNA学会・JSBiのニュースレター等で掲載される場合があります。

If you are a student or a young researcher who don’t have a grant and need travel aid for the meeting, please select “Need travel aid” and fill in the sum of traveling expenses (for a round trip) in the registration form. Availability is limited, and priority will be given to students traveling from far places.

After the meeting, those who have received travel aid may be asked to write an essay for attending the meeting. The essays may be published on the meeting website or the news letters of RNA society and/or JSBi.
