演題募集 Call for abstract

• 発表形式は以下の２種類です（『ワールドポスター』に関しては下記を参照）：
  • 口頭発表＋ワールドポスター
  • ワールドポスターのみ（ワールドポスターの内容はプレリミナリーなデータや研究計画でも結構です）
• 対象分野：RNA生物学、RNAインフォマティクス、エピゲノミクス、バイオインフォマティクス
• 発表言語：日本語または英語
• スライドの言語：英語
• 注意事項
  • 学生の方は必ず指導教員に許可を取ってから演題登録をお願いします。

• Presentation will be either of the following (Refer to the below for 'world poster'):
  • Oral + 'world poster' presentation
  • 'World poster' presentation only
• Research Field: RNA biology, RNA informatics, Epigenomics, Bioinformatics
• Language for the presentation: Japanese or English
• Language for the slides: English
• Notice
  • Students must get permission from your supervisor before registration.

• １演題: 発表12分／質疑応答3分の合計15分間（予定）
  • 発表終了２分前(10分経過時): １鈴
  • 発表終了時(12分経過時): ２鈴
  • 質疑応答終了時(15分経過時): ３鈴

• Each presenter is allocated 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A).
  • One bell at 10th minutes: Two more minutes left for the presentation.
  • Two bells at 12th minutes: End of the presentation and start of Q&A
  • Three bells at 15th minutes: End of Q&A

口頭発表の準備 Preparing oral presentation

• 事前の準備
  • 発表については日本語・英語を問いませんが，講演データ(スライド)は英語での作成をお願いいたします。
  • 原則として，各発表者が用意するPCでのご発表となります。 PCをご準備下さい。また、バックアップデータ(USBフラッシュメモリーに保存して)を必ずご用意ください。
  • 画面接続は，D-sub15ピンとHDMIの両方が使用可能です。ご自身のパソコンの映像出力端子がこれと異なる場合は，接続アダプターをご自身でご用意ください。
• 会場での準備
  • 休憩時間中にPCの接続チェックをお願いします。
  • 予め，スクリーンセーバー・省電力設定を解除しておいてください。
  • タイトなスケジュールですので，時間厳守でお願い致します。 また，ご自身の発表の一つ前になりましたら， 必ず次演者席にお越しください。

• Preparation before coming
  • Presentation can be in English or Japanese, but the slides should be in English.
  • Every speaker would use his/her own laptop for presentation. Please be sure to prepare your backup data in USB flash memory.
  • Laptops used for presentation must have a VGA D-sub or HDMI output. Please prepare output cable if necessary.
• Preparation at venue
  • Every speaker must check the connection of PC to the projector.
  • Be sure to turn off screen-saver and power saving mode before presentation.
  • We ask you to be punctual, as the schedule is tight. Please be seated at the speaker’s standby seat placed at the front of the room when the speaker ahead of you begins the presentation.

ワールドポスターの準備 Preparing world poster

本研究会でのポスター発表は、A3サイズのポスターを持って指定されたテーブル（席替えあり）でディスカッションを行う『ワールドポスター』 という形式で開催します。

• A3表裏に両面印刷・ラミネート加工し、当日会場で参加者の皆さまにお渡しいたしますので、事前にポスター原稿の提出をお願いいたします。印刷は会でまとめて行いますので、当日ポスターを持参いただく必要はありません。

In this meeting, the poster presentation will be held in 'world poster' style. This is a poster presentation in a style of group discussion with A3 size small poster (both sides can be used).

• Organizers will prepare the poster, so please send us the PDF data for the poster by September 13th. You will not have to bring the poster with you.

ポスターの作成と提出 Preparing and submitting the poster

• ポスターPDFを9月13日（金）までにこちらにアップロードしてください。（発表予定の方全員）-締め切りました-
• A4サイズの用紙4枚、あるいはA3サイズ2枚のポスターをPDF形式にて作成してください。ファイルサイズは10MB以下とします。
• 研究内容をコンパクトにまとめたものであれば、構成は自由です。所属とお名前は必ず入れるようにお願い致します。
• ワールドポスターの内容はプレリミナリーなデータや研究計画でも結構です。
• ポスターの言語は英語推奨とします（英語での作成が難しい場合は日本語でも結構です）。
• 下記のワールドポスターの例を参考にしてください。

• Please upload PDF file of the poster here by September 13th, 2019 (Every oral presenter and those who wish to present world poster only). -submission closed-
• You can either prepare four A4 size documents, or two A3 size documents. File size should be smaller than 10MB.
• There is no restriction for the style of the world poster, but please be sure to include your name and affiliation.
• You can use either English or Japanese for preparing the poster (English recommended).
• Example of the world poster is described below.

発表賞 Presentation awards

株式会社医学生物学研究所（MBL）提供による学生参加者を対象としたベストプレゼンテーション賞（口頭発表のみ）、ベストディスカッション賞（全学生参加者）があります。受賞者は招待講演者・有職者（非学生参加者）によるアンケートによって決まります。

In order to identify outstanding presentations and discussion by student participants, the award sponsored by MBL will be given based on the vote by invited speakers and non-student participants.
