Transcripts Release Schedule

Grade reports will be available online.

For Spring 2025 semester: September 5, 2025

For Fall 2025 semester: March 10, 2026

• Official transcripts: 

Official transcripts will be sent to your home university.

For Spring 2025 semester: Mid-October, 2025

For Fall 2025 semester: Mid-April, 2026

In case of the following situations, your academic transcript WILL NOT be issued:

If you....

• Returned to your home country with unsettled dormitory rent payment.

• Have not returned your room key/card to the dormitory manager.

• Have not returned books borrowed from the university library. 

Notes

No credit or certificate will be given if you are not enrolled until the end of the semester and miss the exams. No exceptions will be made for those who wish to leave early due to internships, academic schedule conflicts, or graduation from your home institution.
