Vocabulary

In 8th grade, we are use the Sadlier Vocabulary Workshop, Level C, to expand our vocabulary.

We generally follow a two-week cycle, introducing 20 new words in the first week, using pictures, annotating the definitions, and reviewing together. The second week is spent focusing on categorizing the words, using them in context, and reviewing together as a class, culminating in a quiz on Friday.
