A Full Façade Alteration and 4th Storey New Extension level from a 15yrs Old Stable Structure of the owner’s prime holdings building.
As a consistent simplistic rationale of the Owner, clean lines and a prominent marker are the only character that made the client proceed with the architectural solution. The mix of subtle and earthly representation of colors and patterns renewed the structure from it's past.

An attempt of the Ferra Hotel Owner to provide a multi-regional Localized Food hub in Boracay in order to introduce an authentic taste from different region’s specialty in the Philippines. As part of the existing structure, 20 convertible beds were designed to accommodate for Hostel Guests which very much appreciated by the Hotel's main Clientele that are mostly Europeans.
