A full Scandinavian Interior is the main Design approach the Client have been wanting. From the Type of Lighting,;blushes of blue and Birch white timber Media board; Scandi-faux window panels by the use of framed mirrors and painted louvers at the dining area to widen up the space and create another dimension; integration of rustic steel members (as the Owner wishes to highlight his Office's Main Product which is re-bars) blending together with the maple wood both in the Master's Bedroom and in the Built-in Convertible Bar Counter for his Wine Collections; and one of the main feature of the place which is the Natural Acacia Butcher wood slab counter top on beeswax finish by Wood Slab PH. which was extracted from an old fallen tree. To minimize the cost of Construction, we have advised to use up most of the existing elements of this RFO Unit like the Main Floor Tiles and Room Flooring as well as the Granite Bathroom counter top which still blends with the overall concept. Also part of our innovation is recreating a "Sauna Feel" type of Bathroom by using weathered solid wood planks and ledges with few pebble inserts on the shower floor in order to set-up a more relaxing vibe where bathing can be another relaxing experience to the Owner.
