We sold over $200 million of commercial real estate including the sale of 650 Townsend, a 700,000 square foot San Francisco office, which was recognized by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the “Bay Area Real Estate Deals of the Year”. We have a network of over 600 active commercial real estate investors.
Through KCV Loans, an online mortgage platform founded in 2014, we closed over $18 million in small balance commercial real estate loans. We maintain active relationships with over 200 balance sheet and conduit lenders as well as numerous institutional and high net worth equity investors.
We advised commercial real estate borrowers on modifying distressed commercial real estate loans. We negotiated with all of the major special servicers including LNR, CWCapital, and C-III Asset Management. Clients were able to cure over $100 million in distressed loans.
Commercial real estate acquisition and development
We conducted due diligence, developed the projection model and drafted the investor offering memorandum for several commercial real estate acquisition and development projects with a total value over $100 million. Property types included self storage, multifamily and retail.
New company formation
We developed the business plan and projection model and participated in the fundraising for four venture-backed businesses—Hometown Commercial Capital, PLUM Lending, MOIQ Parking and Eprazel, Inc.
