Our Purpose: To provide D96 families with optional, supplemental resources that can be used to support their students' learning. The information is sorted by trimester and grade level. The activities and resources are aimed towards specific learning targets for the third trimester.

Click on your student's appropriate grade level to find resources in Math and Language Arts that will include Apps, Links, Activities, and more. These resources can be used to extend their learning, or to aide families in assisting in the understanding of concepts being covered in class.

Here are some suggested questions to ask your child to learn more about their day:

1. Tell me something about your day that surprised you.

2. What was the best part of your day? Why was it the best part?

3. What was the hardest thing you had to do today? Why was it challenging?

4. Did any of your classmates do anything kind today? Tell me about it.

5. Tell me about what you read in class. Did you like it? Why or why not?

6. Who did you play with today? What did you play?

7. Do you think math [or any subject] is too easy or too hard? Why?

8. What the biggest difference between this school year and last school year?

9. Who did you sit with at lunch today? What kinds of things did you talk about?

10. Can you show me something you learned (or did) today?
