Students wishing to opt out of the provided festival housing must fill out and complete the
Housing Waiver and Release Form and return it to the festival co-hosts by February 1, 2023

If opting out, please note:

• The Student agrees that all transportation to and from all Festival events shall be the responsibility of the Student’s parent or guardian. The Student shall not drive at any time during the Festival.

• The Student agrees that the Student may not miss any required portion of the rehearsals, activities or concerts associated with the Festival. The Student understands that any late arrivals or early dismissals from required portions of the Festival will result in the removal of the Student from the Festival.
