Is there parking available for the students?
Students are not permitted to drive themselves and parking at the university can be challenging when classes are in session. Please plan to have the students be dropped off by a parent, bus, or director.
What time should I arrive on Thursday?
Students being dropped off by families can arrive any time before 8:45am to sign in at the registration table
Directors staying for re-auditions should plan extra time to find parking, especially with WCU students arriving for their 8:00am classes

Where can families park for the concert on Saturday?
Street parking (not free)
Free parking in the "M Lot" at the Swope Music Building, a short walk from the concert hall.
How do I purchase tickets for the concert?
Tickets are only sold online through Ludus; please click the "Concert" tab above for specifics
Tickets may be printed or shown electronically.
Seating is General Admission
Ticket cost is $10.00
How do I purchase a Recording, Photo, or T-Shirt from the festival?
Recordings, Photos, and T-Shirts are being handled through A Tempo Studios
All students will be receiving "festival swag" at no additional cost (more info on this coming soon)
