為慶祝林口康橋國際學校第 8 週年校慶，學務處將於 12 月 12 日（五）12:00–15:30 舉辦歡樂時光活動，開放社團申請擺攤，至多 10 個攤位。

請各社團踴躍參與，發揮創意並響應本次「90 年代校園風」主題，一同打造最有特色的攤位。

To celebrate the 8th Anniversary of KCISLK, the DSA will host a School Anniversary Fun Fair on Friday, December 12, from 12:00 to 15:30.

We invite student clubs to apply for booth participation — 10 booths in total — and to showcase creativity in line with the theme “90s Campus Style.”

📌 申請須知｜Application Details

- 申請單位｜Eligible Applicants：限中學部各社團。

  Secondary School clubs only.

- 攤位數量｜Total Booths Available：10 攤，額滿為止。

  10 booths in total, limited slots available.

- 攤位尺寸｜Booth Size：3 公尺 × 3 公尺（含帳棚一座）。

  3m × 3m (one tent provided).

- 申請表發放日期｜Application Form Release Date：11 月 3 日（一）

  Monday, November 3

- 繳交截止日期｜Submission Deadline：11 月 14 日（五）中午 12:00 前，請繳交至學務處訓育組。

  By 12:00 noon, Friday, November 14, submit to the Division of Student Affairs – Guidance Section.

- 攤位抽籤會議｜Booth Lottery Meeting：11 月 19 日（三）11:30–12:00 於指定地點舉行，由各社長親自抽籤。

  Wednesday, November 19, 11:30–12:00; location to be announced. Club presidents draw lots in person.

- 各攤位活動時間｜Booth Operation Time：12:00–15:00（15:00–15:30 清潔及園遊券兌換）。

  12:00–15:00 (clean-up and coupon exchange from 15:00–15:30).

- 交易方式｜Transaction Method：僅限使用園遊券交易，不得使用現金。

  Transactions must be made using Fun Fair Coupons only (no cash allowed).

- 安全與環保規範｜Safety & No-Plastic Policy：請配合校方禁塑及安全規範，不得使用電器、瓦斯桶、炭火及一次性塑膠製品。

  Please comply with the school’s Safety and No-Plastic Policy—the use of electrical appliances, gas tanks, charcoal, or single-use plastics is strictly prohibited.
