社團擺攤申請 KCISLK 8th Anniversary Club Booth Application
為慶祝林口康橋國際學校第 8 週年校慶，學務處將於 12 月 12 日（五）12:00–15:30 舉辦歡樂時光活動，開放社團申請擺攤，至多 10 個攤位。
請各社團踴躍參與，發揮創意並響應本次「90 年代校園風」主題，一同打造最有特色的攤位。
To celebrate the 8th Anniversary of KCISLK, the DSA will host a School Anniversary Fun Fair on Friday, December 12, from 12:00 to 15:30.
We invite student clubs to apply for booth participation — 10 booths in total — and to showcase creativity in line with the theme “90s Campus Style.”
📌 申請須知｜Application Details
- 申請單位｜Eligible Applicants：限中學部各社團。
Secondary School clubs only.
- 攤位數量｜Total Booths Available：10 攤，額滿為止。
10 booths in total, limited slots available.
- 攤位尺寸｜Booth Size：3 公尺 × 3 公尺（含帳棚一座）。
3m × 3m (one tent provided).
- 申請表發放日期｜Application Form Release Date：11 月 3 日（一）
Monday, November 3
- 繳交截止日期｜Submission Deadline：11 月 14 日（五）中午 12:00 前，請繳交至學務處訓育組。
By 12:00 noon, Friday, November 14, submit to the Division of Student Affairs – Guidance Section.
- 攤位抽籤會議｜Booth Lottery Meeting：11 月 19 日（三）11:30–12:00 於指定地點舉行，由各社長親自抽籤。
Wednesday, November 19, 11:30–12:00; location to be announced. Club presidents draw lots in person.
- 各攤位活動時間｜Booth Operation Time：12:00–15:00（15:00–15:30 清潔及園遊券兌換）。
12:00–15:00 (clean-up and coupon exchange from 15:00–15:30).
- 交易方式｜Transaction Method：僅限使用園遊券交易，不得使用現金。
Transactions must be made using Fun Fair Coupons only (no cash allowed).
- 安全與環保規範｜Safety & No-Plastic Policy：請配合校方禁塑及安全規範，不得使用電器、瓦斯桶、炭火及一次性塑膠製品。
Please comply with the school’s Safety and No-Plastic Policy—the use of electrical appliances, gas tanks, charcoal, or single-use plastics is strictly prohibited.

活動說明與班級統籌事宜 — Event Details & Class Coordination
一、活動日期 / Event Date
日期：2025 年 12 月 12 日（星期五 / Friday, Dec. 12, 2025）
二、活動目的 / Purpose
為慶祝林口康橋八周年校慶，學校將舉辦系列慶祝活動。
請各班班長協助統籌班級參與事宜，並於導師時間公告。
To celebrate the 8th Anniversary of Linkou Kang Chiao, the school will hold various events.
Class leaders are requested to coordinate class participation and announce details to classmates.
三、活動時程 / Event Schedule
07:50–08:15 導師時間（著裝與準備） / Homeroom (dressing & preparation)
08:15–08:30 集合 / Assembly（G7、G10 環校；其他年段操場）
08:30–09:30 開幕式 / Opening Ceremony（校長與家長會長致詞、吉祥物揭曉、熱身操）
09:30–12:30 運動會 / Sports Meet
12:30–13:30 午餐與休息 / Lunch & Break（胖卡餐車供應，請自備環保餐具）
13:30–15:30 達人秀＋歡樂時光 / Talent Show & Fun Fair
15:30–16:30 閉幕式 / Closing Ceremony
四、班級統籌事項 / Class Coordination
(一) 班級創意進場 / Class Creative Parade
對象：G7、G10
時間：08:30–09:00
班長需統籌造型設計、口號及進場路線。
服裝規範：
(1) 禁止暴力、裸露、色情或冒犯性元素。
(2) 上衣、裙褲應保持端莊，不可過短或貼身。
(3) 入校即可更換服裝。
G7 and G10 class leaders should coordinate class costume, slogan, and entrance routine.
Costumes must be appropriate and comply with school dress code.
(二) 達人秀 / Talent Show
初賽影片投稿截止：2025/10/31（五）
表演日期：2025/12/12（五）13:30–15:50
地點：中庭籃球場舞台（720cm × 540cm × 60cm）
影片長度：45–60 秒，需呈現全貌與精華片段。
禁止不雅、暴力、歧視或暗示性內容。
Students may perform singing, dancing, magic, or other talents.
Videos must be 45–60 seconds, positive, and school-appropriate.
(三) 歡樂時光與攤位 / Fun Fair & Booths
園遊券面額：每張 NT$200。
預購上限 5 張，現場購買上限 3 張。
攤位申請期間：2025/11/3–11/14（限 10 攤位）。
地點：環校道路及餐廳前。
午餐由胖卡餐車提供，請攜帶環保餐具，用餐地點為餐廳區。
The fun fair will use coupons (NT$200 each).
Pre-order limit: 5 tickets; on-site purchase: 3 tickets.
Booth applications open Nov. 3–14. Bring reusable utensils for lunch.

本次運動會進場與宣誓流程所需之 各班站位點位已全數完成標記。
The class position markers for the Sports Day entrance and oath-taking ceremony have all been completed.
請各班於課間或空堂時間 提前至操場查看並熟悉本班位置，以利後續彩排及正式進場流程順利進行。
All classes are requested to visit the field during breaks or free periods to locate and familiarize themselves with their assigned positions. This will help ensure a smooth rehearsal and official entrance on the event day.

【林口康橋中學八周年校慶｜園遊券預購公告】
School Fair Coupon Pre-Order Notice for Faculty & Staff
八週年校慶即將舉行！校慶當日，中學部園遊會（包含胖卡餐車與遊戲攤位）將統一以園遊券進行消費，不開放現金交易。
To celebrate our 8th Anniversary, the Secondary Division School Fair will be held on the celebration day. All food trucks and game booths will only accept fair coupons, and cash payments will not be available.
※ 小學部二手市集使用「小學園遊券」，中、小學園遊券設計不同，無法通用。
Note: The Elementary Division uses a different coupon system. Elementary and Secondary coupons are not interchangeable.
