Weather of Xinpu
Xinpu’s warm climate, strong autumn winds, and abundant sunlight create perfect conditions for growing and drying persimmons. These natural conditions help the fruit to grow properly and develop its sweetness. The wind and sunlight also help the persimmons dry naturally, which is why the area is well known for its high quality dried persimmons.
