INCOMING 7TH & 8TH GRADE
All athletes are required to complete the UIL/KISD Participation forms in order to be placed in an athletic class period, try out for a sport,
All forms are submitted online. NO paper copies will be accepted.  

PHYSICAL
Must be completed by a doctor after May 1, 2026
(physicals with a date before May 1, 2026 will not be accepted for the 26-27 school year)
Physicals can be printed to take to your doctor from RankOneSport.com
Physicals must be scanned and uploaded as a PDF to RankOneSport.com
