Katy Cavaliers Youth Lacrosse "Beat the Heat" Workout Sessions

Come join Patrick England, Michael Wilems, and your Katy Cavs teammates to get some stick time and fun. We welcome all players and potential players, with experience levels from total beginner to experienced returning player in grade groups rising 1st grade to rising 8th grade - please contact kyl_president@katycavslax.com for possible kinder participants.  We will tailor the training to meet the needs of each player.

We encourage bringing your full equipment for all returning players, and new players will have access to loaner sticks and limited amount of equipment.

The sessions will be held 4 consecutive Mondays at 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at Cinco Ranch High School in the fields out front of the school.

Please bring:

• Equipment if you have or have access,

• Cleats are recommended but not necessary.

• Plenty of water, we are still in the midst of our Texas summer heat.

• Your excitement for the game of lacrosse!
