As you gather research, make sure you keep track of the sources for that information.
At the start
save the web addresses for the articles you read
save the link to images, the CC information, and the creator
Videos will have the link embedded.
For books, record the author, title, and the ISBN number from the copyright page.
Once you make decisions about your thesis and the content of your project, you will probably discard some of the research you gathered because it doesn't fit. For the research items that are going to be included, it is time to start creating a bibliography. The two best options for you to do that is EasyBib and Noodle Tools.
EasyBib is built right into Google Docs as an add-on and so is an easy choice if you are working in Docs.
Noodle Tools is a more powerful tool that is better for longer bibliographies (over 10 sources) and bibs that require annotations. Noodle Tool bibliographies can be exported and put into a variety of documents.
