Meet Your Trainers
With over 25 years of dedicated service in the Customer Service industry, Will brings experience and a passion for fostering positive client relationships. In 2010, he obtained his Real Estate license, and by 2016, he transitioned into becoming a full-time real estate agent.
In 2019, Will achieved a significant milestone by successfully launching a real estate team, where he led a dedicated group of professionals committed to providing exceptional service and achieving outstanding results for their clients. As a former Board of Director for Finance and Luxury Division, Will has gained insights into the intricacies of the real estate market.
Being an avid learner, Will continually invests in professional development. He regularly attends conferences led by industry titans such as Tom Ferry, Chris Voss, and Tony Robbins, keeping him at the forefront of the latest trends and strategies. Will’s journey is characterized by a relentless pursuit of knowledge, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their real estate goals.
Cynthia began her real estate career in 1996 and obtained her Broker’s license in 2000. Cynthia has a Master of Science degree in Human Relations and Business and is continually expanding her love of learning by attending classes and earning designations.
The past 20-plus years, Cindy has taught qualifying classes to thousands of future REALTORS® emphasizing the importance of being well-trained and the value of always having the highest standards of integrity and ethics. Students leave Cynthia's classes knowing that “knowledge is power!”
Cynthia is also responsible for keeping licensed agents up to date on the ever-changing world of real estate through teaching SAE and CE classes. She also specializes in exam prep for the sales agent and broker’s license exam.
Cynthia also holds the following designations - C2EX.CREI.GRI.ABR.CHMS.green.
Sergio has been in the real estate industry for 21 years. Sergio spent five years as a real estate loan officer with Bank of America and 16 years as a top-producing real estate agent with Coldwell Banker.
Sergio is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS with a laser focus on helping buyers, sellers, and investors purchase and sell residential real estate. His awards include Top Producing Listing Agent and Top Producing Agent Dollar Volume Companywide.
Sergio has been a Kaplan Real Estate instructor, editor, and content developer since 2013 with a focus on California Real Estate licensing courses.
Art has been licensed as a real estate professional since 1999. Over that time, Art has led Brokerages with agent staffs from 25 to over 450 agents.
Art has a passion for helping others succeed through, coaching, training & mentoring. As an Instructor with Kaplan Real Estate Education since 2002 and Lead Instructor for California since 2010, Art has taught in-person classes, and live online courses.
Art has been heavily involved in product development and student relations as a content expert. Art has earned his CDEI designation as a Certified Distance Education Instructor.
Jeni is a native Coloradoan and has been an active member of the Real Estate community in Colorado for over 19 years. Jeni primarily has sold residential real estate and has had a very successful career! She did take a small break from selling real estate and was the employing broker of a large property management company in Denver for 4 years.
Jeni loves teaching and training agents in the real estate industry and helping them to become ALL that they can be! Jeni has been the Lead Instructor at Kaplan Colorado for over 5 years teaching pre-licensing, the Annual Commission Update Course, and many other continuing education classes.
